dear sir
i have an Epson 1390 inkjet printer and is giving me the following error The print head is obstructed by jammed paper or other foreign material (blinking in paper n inktank). i use adjusment program n it say PF or PV sensor error .

what should i do..

no that did not help sir;do i have to open the printer and look for rollers that are dammaged?
please any suggestion is greatly appreciated

Hi Mathias,

I dont have an exact answer for this. You can turn off the printer and move gently the print head to home position by hand.

i have cleared the jamed papar and also have done Waste ink pad counter

any suggestions

Hi Rei,

Please make sure that you have enough light magenta ink inside your cartridge or not dried up.

I don’t think it work for vista. Many resetter programs are not ready for vista yet. Perhaps you can reset the counter manually by pressing buttons in your printer.

Refer to this post, try to find similar button at your printer. Hope this help.
