I dont have an exact answer for this. You can turn off the printer and move gently the print head to home position by hand.

I don&#039;t think it work for vista. Many resetter programs are not ready for vista yet. Perhaps you can reset the counter manually by pressing buttons in your printer.

Refer to this post, try to find similar button at your printer. Hope this help.
