I suggest you get a new cartridge especially the black color.
Your ink may dry when you are not using it.

Annie,

If your printer could not print all the colors, looks like your print head clogged badly.

Please try to follow the instruction that I put in at link below to resolve the issue. http://www.refillingcartridge.com/index.php/archives/the-right-way-of-doing-head-cleaning/
