Reset Protection Counter for Epson R200 & R210
Here is the software to reset the protection counter for your Epson R200 & R210
I haven’t tried it because I don’t have this printer, so I couldn’t give you a feedback on how successful this software to reset the protection counter. Please help me to give a comment if you have tried the software (successful or failed story, welcome). Click here to download the software (786Kb).
Please bear in mind that you are supposed to change/clean your waste pad before you reset it to prevent ink spill from your printer.

Had a EpsonR210 useless because of waste ink counter. Been looking for weeks to find reset programme. Came upon your web site – Presto! there it was. Five minutes – had the printer talking to me!

My R210 now is back to normal and I plan to install waste ink bottle.
I’d tried other tech’s (like pressing combination of maintenance + paper + start buttons) but unsuccessful.
I’ll recommend yr site.

I also tried the pressing a variation of buttons and power on/off combinations to no avail. Your program is the BEST.

I’m using CiS for my R210. but it’s always printed badly (sometime some color just can’t get out) after the ink level reset2full.
it will fine again after I reinstall the windows.
(I’m using xp sp2)
but when I try vista (w/ vista build-in drivers), it print good and with out trouble like those aboves. unfortunally vista drivers doesn’t support cd tray printing. what should I do?
btw, sory if my english is bad. I’m an Indonesian

Hi rifai,
I believe that your problem is not related to the operating system you use. The missing color problem you have is caused by the dried ink in the print-head. Print-head cleaning will solve the problem. Please refer to the article below to perform print-head cleaning effectively.

hi,, do they have a software for my old printer epson stylus c45 which is T038 black cartridge? i think my case need to reset the chip of the cartridge but i don’t have a resetter gadget. can u send me if you have software for my epson.. thanks a lot in advance..

hi, i have a epson R10 that i use for sublimation ..please help me as out of my 6 colours continuously fed in, my two reds have stopped..i installed and performed the RESET thingy, and now the reds seems to be..drying up..!!? there are no air bubbles in the line ..ink flow seems good..i have taken out the fine filter/nozzle and cleaned it..but when it comes to a head clean there is no red..agghhh

Annie,
If your printer could not print all the colors, looks like your print head clogged badly.

I suggest you get a new cartridge especially the black color.
Your ink may dry when you are not using it.
