i have r270 and i download its reset but when i press the utilization tab I have the prolbem of communication error code 20000010 when my computer has khown my printer correctly. please help me

click mouse menu propriedades compatible windows xp, perfect, test again and ok.

Would be grateful for any help please. Downloaded utility for Stylus D68 photo edition, followed instructions completing boxes but m/c reports communication error code 20000010. Have removed lead(s), turned off computer and printer, rebooted, switched printer back on, replaced lead and still communication error code 20000010.

Would be most grateful for help.

Excellent – thank you.
My trusty D68 had reached it’s counter limit (again) and
SSC programme wouldn’t clear it . This one worked
very easily and it’s back to life again!!!
